We built DualView Camera Pro with privacy as a fundamental principle. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data, videos, or photos. All processing happens locally on your device.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
DualView Camera Pro is designed to function entirely on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or contact information.
- Your photos, videos, or audio recordings.
- Your location data.
- Your device identifiers for advertising purposes.
2. Permissions Used by the App
To provide its core functionality, the App requests the following permissions on your iOS device:
- Camera: Required to capture video footage. The video stream is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Microphone: Required to capture audio alongside your video. Like video, audio is processed locally and never transmitted.
- Photos (Photo Library): Required to save the final exported vertical and landscape videos to your device's camera roll. The App only writes to your library; it does not read or upload your existing photos or videos.
You can manage these permissions at any time in your iOS Settings app under "DualView Pro".
3. How Data is Used
Any data processed by the App (such as the video and audio streams from your camera and microphone) is used strictly in real-time to generate the final video files. This data is temporarily held in your device's memory during recording and processing, and is immediately discarded once the final files are saved to your Photos library.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Because we do not collect any personal data or media, we do not share any data with third parties. The App does not include any third-party advertising networks or tracking SDKs.
We do not use analytics software to track your usage of the App.
5. Data Retention
We do not retain any of your data. The videos you create are stored locally on your device and are subject to your own device's storage and backup settings (such as iCloud).
6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, children's privacy is inherently protected.
7. Your Rights
Because all your data remains on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete any videos created by the App directly from your iOS Photos app. If you wish to stop using the App, you can simply delete it from your device.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
